The deskilling of web dev is harming the product but, more importantly, it’s damaging our health

This is a well laid out idea about burnout in the webdev profession. Impossible not to agree with it, impossible not to think we brought it upon ourselves too in some way, probably tricked by how “powerful” we felt with all those web technologies at our fingertips.
